Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking our services, making a payment, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Services

Richie’s Burgers Catering provides catering services for private, corporate, and social events, including on-site food preparation, setup, service, and breakdown.
The specific details of each event (menu, guest count, location, duration, additional equipment) are outlined in the official quote provided to the client.

3. Bookings and Payments

• A non-refundable deposit (amount specified in your quote) is required to secure your event date.

• Full payment must be completed no later than 72 hours before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Dates are reserved on a first-paid basis. Your event is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event: all payments, except the initial deposit, will be refunded.

• Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice: no refunds will be issued due to ingredient purchases, staffing, and scheduling commitments.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Changes in Guest Count

Final guest count must be confirmed 5 days before the event.
Reductions after this deadline are non-refundable.
Increases may incur additional charges and are subject to staff and supply availability.

6. Event Site Requirements

The client is responsible for providing:

• Adequate access to the event location

• A safe and suitable working area

• Electrical access (if required for the selected service package)

• Any necessary permits or approvals

If the site conditions restrict safe operation, Richie’s Burgers Catering may cancel the service without refund.

7. Food Safety

All food is prepared following food-safety and hygiene standards.
We are not responsible for food consumed after the contracted service window or for items stored improperly by the client.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment or setup caused by guests or environmental conditions at the event location.
Richie’s Burgers Catering is not liable for delays caused by severe weather, extreme traffic, or factors outside our control, though every effort will be made to arrive and serve on time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Richie’s Burgers Catering is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Richie’s Burgers Catering and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this website.
